Kanzelhöhe Flare Patrol is derived from full disk observations in Hα by human visual inspection, until 2000 observations were recorded on film, since
March 2000 time series are
available from a CCD imaging system. Kanzelhöhe Flare Patrol is also contributing to the Solar Event
Catalogue of the European Grid of Solar Observations
(EGSO).
